The Venue
Perched on the edge of the escarpment, Echo Point precinct has sweeping panoramic views of the southern Blue Mountains, Kanangra-Boyd Wilderness and the iconic Three Sisters. We are seeking a casual cook to join our kitchen team.
You
- Ability to provide 5 star quality hospitality service
- Can work unsupervised at times as well as be part of a team
- Prepared to work across multi outlets including café service, restaurant, events & large functions
- Flexible availability during weekday and weekend
- A working understanding of Food safety Standards, experience of HACCP advantageous
